Our #1 Priority is your happiness and satisfaction with our product. We always stand by our Product. If, for any reason, you experienced an issue with our product, do not hesitate to contact us. We promise to handle your request with the attention and courtesy it deserves.

Delivery/Shipping terms

Our products are shipped through various methods. We make every attempt to use the least expensive, yet most timely method available depending upon where you live. Shipping is calculated separately from the cost of the product order. In most cases, you will have the option to select Ground or Express.

Delivery Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given

Special measures will be taken for you to receive your meat products in excellent condition. We do, however, lose control of the handling during shipment. If your cured or smoked products have lost their airtight seal upon arrival, please contact us. Although our products are shelf stable, the flavor of your product may change. If you do not intend to use your product upon arrival, for ultimate freshness and flavor please refrigerate. Use well vacuum sealed packages within 10 to 14 days. If you do not plan to use your product in that time frame, please refrigerate. If within 6 weeks you have not used your unopened refrigerated vacuum sealed package please freeze. Unopened vacuum sealed packages may be left continuously frozen indefinitely. Lehr’s Meat Market is not responsible or liable for perishable food shipments when the customer is not available to receive the package, or for delays related to the weather or any other circumstances.

Additional Shipping & Processing Information

All shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price, weight of merchandise and packaging shipped to a named recipient at a single address.

To ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address or APO/FPO, not a P.O. Box. Wine shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. Please verify before ordering that your selection can be shipped overseas to your APO/FPO recipient.

Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.

We reserve the right to correct error(s) in printed or electronic publications.

If rising costs affect shipping charges, a surcharge may be included and will be reflected in your order total.

Orders placed on Sundays will not being to be processed until the following day.  If that day happens to be a recognized holiday, the order will be placed on that Tuesday.

Arrival Dates & Substitutions

We will deliver your order as promised using any effective shipping services available. Arrival dates are shown when you choose your shipping method. Regular shipping should arrive between 3-7 days, Express shipping should arrive 2-5 days.

Quantities are limited and orders are subject to availability. If, after taking your order, an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Because adverse conditions can sometimes affect shipments, we are not responsible for delays in shipping due to any and all unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to: Acts of God, inclement weather, shipping company errors, customer address errors.

We make every effort to guarantee total satisfaction. On the very rare occasion that a product is out of stock, be assured that your gift recipient will receive a similar item of equal or greater value.
