Refunds and Returns

Customers that have purchased products from Lehr’s Meat Market who are unsatisfied with any of these products delivered must notify Lehr’s Meat Market either by phone 618-475-2088 or email @ redgoal61@sbcglobal.net within 48 hours of receipt of products. Customers have 7 days to return defective products. We will require a photo of the area of damage, defect, or concern, two full shots of the product (from the side and overhead) and a shot of the packaging/box
Special measures will be taken for you to receive your meat products in excellent condition. We do, however, lose control of the handling during shipment. If your cured or smoked products have lost their airtight seal upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Although our products are shelf stable, the flavor of your product may change. If you do not intend to use your product upon arrival, for ultimate freshness and flavor please refrigerate. Use well vacuum sealed packages within 10 to 14 days. If you do not plan to use your product in that time frame, please refrigerate. If within 6 weeks you have not used your unopened refrigerated vacuum sealed package please freeze. Unopened vacuum sealed packages may be left continuously frozen indefinitely. Lehr’s Meat Market is not responsible or liable for perishable food shipments when the customer is not available to receive the package, or for delays related to the weather or any other circumstances.
All current availability products are shown on this web site are in our current price list. However, if a particular product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we may substitute for an item of equal value. Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the package, but no later than 48 hours from time of delivery. Customers have 7 days to return defective products. Credit will only be issued with prior authorization from our customer service department and in most cases, we will require the product returned along with the original packaging as determined by our customer service department. We will require a photo of the area of damage, defect, or concern, two full shots of the product (from the side and overhead) and shot of the packaging/box. The party responsible for the cost of return shipping will be determined upon a case-by-case basis. Do not throw any product away prior to contacting us.
Please review the following EXCEPTIONS of our refund policy:
- Customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address when placing the order.
- Delivered packages were left outside in excessive heat or cold.
- Delivered packages were left outside in inclement weather i.e.: Rain, Snow, Wind, Sleet etc.
- Customer selected products or quantities in error.
- Products were delivered fresh, intact, as described on website, but customer simply did not care for the “taste” of the product or it did not meet their “expectations”.
- Customer did not review list of ingredients.
- Customer did not contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- Customers did not return defective product within 7 days.
Right to Cancel
Due to the speediness of our awesome team members; we are only able to offer the ability to make changes to your order within one hour of the purchase. If you have made an error in your order or otherwise need to cancel or change something, please contact us immediately at redgoal61@sbcglobal.net and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancelations. Lehr’s Meat Market reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason and will issue a refund of amounts paid for canceled orders.
