Lehr's Smokies are slow cured small batch, handcrafted sticks of deliciousness and Real Farm to Table sausage.

Our Smokie Snack Sticks begin with 3/4 Pound 93% lean Angus beef and 3/4 Pound 80% lean pork for each pack of smoky sticks which we process here from local Farmers.

Each package contains 9 Smokie Snack Sticks except for the Carolina Reaper which has 8 to a pack. All Sampler packs have 10 Smokie Snack sticks.

Add only the finest seasonings known to man. Introduce a little “Old World Artisanal Magic” over an all-natural hickory wood fire and create the perfection our ancestors have enjoyed throughout the centuries.
