Our World Famous Handcrafted small batch, slow cured, farm to table, all-natural hickory smoked summer sausage is made with only the finest ingredients and ready to eat. Family owned and operated since 1918.

Each Handcrafted Summer Sausage stick is approx., 1.25 Lbs. each. Nice, big, perfect size.

Every Sausage starts with One full Pound of 93% lean Angus beef and One Full Pound 80% lean pork which we process here from local Farmers.

Then we add in the finest seasonings known to man. Introduce a little “Old World Artisanal Magic” over an all-natural hickory wood fire and create the perfection our ancestors have enjoyed throughout the centuries. Making for you a real Farm to Table Sausage.
